Sharing Sunday will be a day where I share fun activities to do alone, or as a family. This is a great day to share your ideas with me too. Sundays is also the day where I share other people's blogs and other tidbit information that might not necessarily fit within the other designated days but are still important. Sharing is caring and I am looking forward to the comments you guys will leave about fun and silly activities and other blogs and tidbit information you have found that helped you in some way or another.

Motivation Monday is a day of inspiration. The stories I share will be a great way to start your week. I love a great story that helps encourages me and see things from a new perspective. And I just know the stories and motivational quotes will help you get out of that "stinking-thinking" and back on the right track to finish your week strong!
#TransformationTuesday
Transformation Tuesday will serve two purposes. Some Tuesdays I will share a recipe transformation, which means we can turn everyday beloved recipes into healthier versions. I like cooking so this will be fun! And some Tuesdays you guys will meet people who have totally transformed their lives physically, emotionally, and financially. If they can do it, we can do it too! It's never too late to learn something new and be amazed in ways you never felt before. And that new amazing feeling gives us the power to transform into a better version of ourselves.

What's The Facts Wednesday is a day where I will share facts of food and diets and other health related things to tell how they can indeed help or hinder our journeys.
#TriumphantThursday
Triumphant Thursdays will be tracking days! I will share my progress whether it's in measurements or energy or not overeating, or whatever the case may be, it is important to share victories! And I look forward to hearing yours!
#FocusFriday
Focus Friday is where I will focus on something reflective after a long work week. The purpose for reflecting isn't to criticize yourself but to come up with a strategic way to do better next time or even reward yourself for succeeding in a task that you set forth for yourself. Action! That is the name of the plan. And now worries, #FlexFriday, #FashionFriday, and #FunFriday will definitely be thrown into the mix. I can't wait to see your muscle poses and cute outfits too!
Saturdays I will not be blogging, even bloggers need a day of rest lol.
